Photo Identity and address proof to be provided on Check-in. Compulsory Requirement as per directions of the Goa Government.
Cancellation/postponement of reservation should be made a minimum of 45 days prior to stated date and time of arrival.
No shows will be charged the cost of the full package booked.
40 to 50% of the payment is to be paid at the time of the booking and the outstanding to be settled at the time of check-in.
No retention charge if reservation is cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to stated time of arrival. {Only transactions charges}.
All timings mentioned are Indian Standard Time (IST). Check out time is 11am.
Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Goa courts.
