The Sea View Resort is a moderate-sized resort located on the white sands of the unspoilt Patnem beach (virgin beach) in South Goa.

A garden paradise, Sea View Resort offers a selection of large air-conditioned rooms, traditional cottages and even in-room kitchens for long stays.

Sea View Resort  is on the approach to the Patnem beach (just 100 meters away). You cannot miss it because it is at the start of the lane leading to the beach.
 
Just off the South end of the famous Palolem beach is Patnem, which still retains its virgin natural beauty. By village road, Patnem is only 1.5 kms from Palolem.
 
A collection of modest buildings and row cottages, Sea View Resort  is the first resort/hotel ever in Patnem. It is owned and managed by the Gonsalves family, headed by the patriarch, Janwal Gonsalves. The first building was built 1996 with some rooms on the first floor and a bar and restaurant below. At the time, Patnem was just being discovered.
 
Encouraged with the response, Sea View Resort has grown rapidly, adding a new section every few years. Today, the resort has to offer 33 rooms across five categories.
